• Contact data: Telegram number or another channel used for Service notifications, where applicable.
• Uploaded content: the video recordings the user uploads for processing.
• Payment data: payments are processed by an external payment provider (Merchant of Record); Visora does not store full credit card details or sensitive financial information.
• Usage data: basic technical information about the use of the Service (for example, number of live recordings processed, clips generated) for billing and product improvement purposes.

• Providing and operating the Service (processing the uploaded video and generating the clips).
• Contacting the user about the status of their processing, billing or support.
• Improving the quality of the Service.
• Complying with legal and billing obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. We share information only with:

• Technical infrastructure providers needed to operate the Service (for example, hosting, video processing, cloud storage).
• Payment providers (Merchant of Record) to process transactions.
• Competent authorities, where required by applicable law.

Video content uploaded by the user (the original recording and the generated clips) is kept in the system for 3 months from upload, after which it is deleted automatically. The user may request early deletion of their content at any time by writing to visorapp.online@gmail.com.

We take reasonable measures to protect stored information against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. No system is 100% foolproof, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The user may, at any time:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about them.
• Request the correction of inaccurate data.
• Request the deletion of their account and associated data, except for data we are required to keep by legal or billing obligation.

Visora does not use analytics or advertising cookies. We only use the technical cookies strictly necessary for the user's session to work.

We do measure site traffic with a cookieless analytics tool that produces aggregate visit and page-view statistics. It stores no identifiers in the browser and cannot identify an individual person.

The Service is not intended for minors. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be notified through the Service or by email.
